Who We Are

One Wight Health is private limited company, established in 2014 and is a federation of all 12 of the General Practitioner (GP) practices on the Island. Although members remain independent, by coming together practices can work together to meet the changing needs of our local population.

Our approach

As well as addressing issues around GP recruitment and training and supporting our members with the day to day running of their surgeries, we are also developing a number of services that will help sustain practices over time and ensure that people continue to receive the best possible care on the Isle of Wight.

Together we want to find innovative solutions to the challenges faced by GPs and their practices on the Island and help make this an even better place to work.
