Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB)
The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System (ICS) is a partnership of NHS and local government organisations working together to join up health and care services to improve the health and wellbeing of people across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB) is the statutory organisation within the ICS responsible for setting the strategic plan for the NHS to deliver its part of the health and care strategy.

The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare Foundation has been formed bringing many community and mental health services delivered across the Hampshire and Isle of Wight areas under one organisation.
Ultimately, the goals from being a new harmonised NHS Trust are to:
- provide integrated mental health, physical health and social care that meets the complex needs of our patients (throughout their lives), all informed by robust data.
- take a prevention and early intervention approach to all our services, to improve outcomes for patients and reduce health inequalities.
- reduce unwarranted variation, while enabling warranted variation in response to local need.
- provide clinically and financially sustainable services.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust
Isle of Wight NHS Trust
The Isle of Wight NHS Trust provides acute, community, mental health and ambulance care services to the population of the Isle of Wight. It is the only integrated care provider of its kind in England.
Isle of Wight Council
The Isle of Wight Council is a unitary authority comprising 40 elected members who represent the different ward areas across the Island. They work alongside officers of the council to provide a wide range of services for the public.
Aspire Ryde – Living Well and Early help service
Aspire Ryde is responsible for the Living Well and Early Help service which aims to provide tailored, high quality support to vulnerable Islanders so they can live well and independently in their chosen communities.
