\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\tOut of Hours GP\/Out of Hours Supervisor<\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/summary>\n\t\t\t

If you are looking to work outside of normal surgery hours, perhaps because you want a change the hours you are available for work, or you want to supplement the work you are doing in practice, then an out of hours GP role may be for you. The role, as the title indicates, is covering GP calls outside of normal surgery working hours, typically from 6.30pm to 8am weekdays and all day at weekends and on bank holidays. On the Island, the Out of Hours service is based at St Mary\u2019s Hospital in Newport, but you will also be required to undertake visits across the Island, together with walk-in urgent but non-emergency appointments.
