Although members remain independent, by coming together practices can work together to meet the changing needs of our local population.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our approach<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As well as addressing issues around GP recruitment and training and supporting our members with the day to day running of their surgeries, we are also developing a number of services that will help sustain practices over time and ensure that people continue to receive the best possible care on the Isle of Wight.<\/p>\n<p>Together we want to find innovative solutions to the challenges faced by GPs and
